1/3 C. Vegetable oil
1 C. Canned pumkin
3 Eggs
2 1/3 C. Bisquick
1 1/4 C. Sugar
2 t. Ground cinnamon
1/2 C. Raisins

1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup canned pumpkin (Libby's) 3 eggs 2 1/3 cups Bisquick 1 1/4 cups sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 cup raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom and sides of a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Stir all ingredients except raisins in pan until moistened, then beat vigorously for 1 minute. Stir in raisins. Bake until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then run a knife around the sides of the pan to loosen. Remove from pan
